I’ve traded names since 2002, under nametrader.com. There is no marketplace in the middle, no broker, no queue: every name in the index belongs to me, and every offer is read and answered by me, usually within a day.

The .si collection was assembled one word at a time: dictionary words that say the whole idea, precise compounds that sound established on day one, technical words for products that didn’t exist yet, and short coined handles with room to grow. It was built before the ending became fashionable, which is why the good words are still here.

Prices are discussed in private and settled in public: payment goes through a licensed escrow service, the name moves to your registrar account, and the escrow releases the funds. I never hold your money.
